I had a good stay at the hotel. I had no issues checking in and out of the hotel.It is a really nice place. The staff were polite and efficient. The room was well cleaned. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom was properly maintained and did not lack necessary toiletries. In all, it was all good.

My experience was a nightmare. The bed was bad. The air condition doesn’t work. The toilet leaks when flushed. The bedspread is dirty. The customer service is poor. Everywhere is dirty and unkempt. It’s an experience I wouldn’t want anyone to have.

The hotel was not easily accessible. Locating the place was not easy for me. But other facilities and services were just okay.

For me, It was good and i have absolutely no problems with the place. Everything was really nice. Very good service delivery at the hotel.

The supervisor is really an asset to the hotel. He multitasks and tries to ensure everyone is comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My check in and check out went smoothly. The environment was cool and had a good ambiance. The room was well cleaned and maintained. None of the facilities were lacking. The customer service was good and the service delivery was awesome.
