My room was comfortable and spacious although the was no AC. Environment was clean. I'm rating them 5/10

The hotel is a good place but just that the room's standard is not too good. Asides this all other services provided were wonderful, maximum security was guaranteed and the environment was very neat.

Yes I can say I had a good stay at your hotel while I was there but I would love to suggest something. I think you should get a personal complaint box for clients so that clients can drop their complaints there. That way, the manager can get to see everything going on and it will also help the staff to be prompt to clients requests.

My stay at the hotel was very wonderful, I had the perfect hotel experience. The room was superb, the staffs was courteous and everything was in order, I had a slight problem with my AC but it was fixed with immediate effect. I will always use this hotel anything I go down to Akwa Ibom

I lodged in your hotel for about 12 hours in August 2015. It was comfortable. You had tasty meals too and your customer service was top notch.

This was better than the one in Obudu, everything about Uyo was okay, going about from one resort to another with a standby cab was an addition. Your staff were nice but your hotel Wifi was not working like the one in Obudu so I had to use my own model all through.

There are no two ways about it. Your hotel is neat and spacious and these are what I look out for in any hotel. I enjoyed every bit of my stay but for the PHCN that is not friendly with the AC. It is usually cooler with generator and this is not really nice.

The hotel is okay but there was no constant electricity supply and restaurant. I had to source for food outside which was a little bit stressful

It was a nice experience. My room was quite comfortable but there was no hot water in the bathroom. Restaurant served tasty and affordable meals. I will not forget in a long while.
