The place was very decent with 24 hours power supply, the food is nice and I enjoyed every meal served at the hotel. The environment was very quiet and there was a large parking space for vehicles to be parked in. The security was relatively tight.

Although I had a good stay at the hotel, I feel it could have been better. There is serious need for renovation in the hotel especially its rooms and the environment generally. However, the food was good and customer service was okay.

I had a really good stay at your hotel. I don't use hotels often and I am usually dissatisfied whenever I do but I must say you people were exceptional. The services are reliable and easily accessed. You aim at delivering a hassle free experience and you do your best at this. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is nice, their hospitality level is impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and neat. The only problem I had was that the TV wasn't connected to the DSTV and the toilet wasn't flushing well. There was constant supply of power and water which i was impressed about.

Well the services I got while I was there was fair enough for the price paid so yes they tried their best but i would love them to work on their Air-conditioning department. Most of the rooms AC no longer work well.
