The rooms and toilet floors appears to be dirty. Electrical fault in the room. The TV wasn't clear. Could get a cup of hot water for coffee. Would not recommend unless you are looking for something cheap

We came for a conference. I particularly did not like the hotel, their rooms were small and I just did not like the environment.

The Shabbiness that is written all over the hotel confirms lack of maintenance of the facilities. I had to call several times before I could get a towel for the bathroom. the room service served tea with a cracked mug. The TV reception to the room was poor - just to mention a few. The hotel could do a lot better, though. I complained to the management and the remorse and promise of improvement I got was commendable.

My stay at the hotel was cool. I had no trouble locating the hotel at all.

I am not impressed at all with your customer service. After making reservation, you still try to frustrate your customer who might have already had a long day. Please try and work more on your service please. First impression matters a whole lot.

Nice place,beautiful customer service! I was only wondering why the facilities choose to be the problem since the hotels were good. The noise making a.c made my stay a bit worrying. It is nice anyway.

the hotel was ok generally, but i would like the management to ensure that all reservations done online should be adequately attended to in other to prevent customers been disappointed and stranded

Hotel location is fine and reception at the front desk was very Ok. However, I think the staff need a bit of of mentoring on hotel etiquette especially the room service crew and other service units. I had to call severally to get a towel in the bathroom Sockets are furniture were not in good shape while TV channels were poorly received. Overall, the rooms are cheap and they appear very flexible but for the facility status which generally showed lack of maintainance.
