FOOD TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SIZE AND QUALITY

- Environment is so attractive for relaxation, Price is moderate, - But food is too expensive for the quality.

The receptionist are rude. The hotel has a nice environment but no light, been here in 2018 and early 2019 still same story. It’s too bad this hotel is too beautiful to get wasted with light timing issue.
They need to be more professional

The good part is there is no issue with electricity at the hotel. Then the other part is that they wasted so much time attending, cleaning the rooms and making orders. In one word, I just feel they are not professional.

I stayed here for the final night of my stay over the festive period with my husband and daughter. The place is beautiful. The atmosphere is relaxed. The staff are fantastic. The food is exquisite. I would love to visit again the next time we come. This was my young daughter's first visit to Nigeria and she said that Bellisima was her high light.
Not Impressed.

Service was not impressive. I wanted to speak with the manager so that I can lodge my complaints but the front desk on duty did not allow me. No fridge and wifi in the room. Room service was very poor. I was not satisfied.
