All amenities promised by the hotel are a lie. Firstly, they say there is free internet but when you check in they tell you they don't have internet. Since I am a foreigner and have no local line, I insisted I needed internet. Eventually, they give me an employees' phone hot-spot to use for some hours. So disgusting! Secondly, they said breakfast is complimentary but this is a big lie. I had to cause drama to get at least tea and bread for free. They tell you that for complimentary breakfast, there are items in a breakfast buffet you can't have. How is that possible! The swimming pool was poorly maintained. When I came, they told me I can't swim since they are maintaining it, or whatever they were doing with it. A day to leaving the hotel, I was told there was not enough water. The manager is very unprofessional and won't take customers complaints seriously. You buy drinks, stock them in the room and the cleaners come and use them. Just imagine! You are provided with very dirty towels and you actually have to demand for them to be provided. So far, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. I can never recommend this hotel to even an enemy.

This is actually a good hotel with good staff. My room was looking very good but did not have a table and chair which hindered me from studying because that was the reason I came to this hotel. I would really encourage the hotel management to include tables and chairs in the rooms as it would help people like me who love to study. Thanks.

They staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and neat. I enjoyed my stay

My stay at the hotel was okay, the hotel met my standard as usual, the customer service is great, i will always come back to the hotel

The hotel had some renovations going on at my visit meaning good attempt at improvement . Very poor customer service. Untrained workers (not workers fault ) business cannot last long if people are not invested in! The people will pull down the business in the long run.
