My stay at the hotel was good, the room was clean, water and power supply was available, internet connection was available, their staff were efficient, their food was delicious an affordable. I had a good time at the hotel.

I would rate the hotel an 8 out of 10, my stay was very good, just a little short of excellent. I felt the food could have been better, otherwise my stay would have been perfect, the hotel is nice.

Recently when I used your hotel the experience was not good at all. Even though I have used your hotel for like six times now, I was given a hotel room that is not my preference. I did not get a view of the pool as I liked and the air condition was not working so well. I am only hoping for a better treatment when next I come around.
