Okla royal suites and hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been to, this is my fourth time here and the service is crazy, cheaper hotels are better than this stupid hotel, you pay to receive fan, their air condition doesn't work, their television Is In bad shape where you struggle to watch STv channel because their dstv is not connected, their water heater is bad, the taps doesn't run, they fetch water for from downstairs, how horrible is that? Their hotel attendants, most of them are illiterates and very rude....this is the worst hotel ever and I'm very disappointed...

my stay was great and i enjoyed the time spent there, the environment was cool and the customer service was great as well
