My stay was excellent, everything was top notch

My experience wasn't a good one. No AC in my room, the bed was small. I was not impressed.

I needed a quiet and clean place to stay in Yaba for a couple of days and this hotel was in an ideal location for my work. I advice that you go for the Standard room because it is beautiful and affordable.

There weren't so many positives from my stay but I was satisfied. I was particularly impressed with the service, my needs were promptly taken care of and I am impressed.

The hotel is a nice place, the staff were professional and swift in response.The environment is neat and calm. . The hotel had power supply throughout my stay and my room was looking beautiful and I had water available in the bathroom. The hotel's environment was neat, my stay was a pleasant one.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the ambiance was was calm and it is neat. The staff is efficient and prompt in response, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. It had colorful curtains and clean towels placed in it.The only thing I would want them to work on is the power, it kept going on and off, apart from that everything went well.

Your hotel is okay but I thing you are charging too much for service that is not too effective, the meals were delicious, the environment is also clean but no customer service. Your hotel needs to get better management, people who know the need of customer's and who can meet them, and people who can give a customer a wow experience. This was the only problem I observed.

This hotel parades the world comfort. I must acknowledge the level of neatness found in here. The environment is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed their food and I feel the salt should be a little lower for kids. I also enjoyed the shower only that at some point it got a little slower so I would recommend that a bucket should be near to help salvage such conditions.

I did not like the environment and the room looks small and not properly structured. Every other things were okay.

The place was not up to what I was expecting but still comfortable. I think they need to fix a proper sign post at the junction, so that people can know exactly where the hotel is located instead of asking people around.

My stay was impressive, nice reception; the staff were very competent, give attention to details and quick in given response. The environment was clean, atmosphere conductive and the location was perfect.
