One wonderful night, your is very great, I need to ask if your management do extra training for your staff, because i say that I was very impressed, everything was on point that I was looking for mistakes because of the perfection vibe I felt, its a really great place and I'm so happy that we still have places like this, its a place that I will tell so much people about, and I'm also hoping that when your customer increase you don't change how you do things.

The hotel needs to improve on the customer relation service (very slow to respond). Also, need to fumigate the whole building properly. Otherwise, it would have been a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is fair but looks unprofessional. There is nothing professional about the staff, as their attitude is poor. They don't know how to answer questions when customers ask. They need to fix that if they want to improve on their services.

Not a good experience. Facilities were not encouraging. Things were really faulty, Tv was not working. Internet facility is zero.I stayed in this hotel and provided myself what I would like to eat, this is not fair enough. I also think your general rooms need a sort of renovation please. This is not a fair place to stay in Abuja, It is horrible

My stay at the Nugget Hotels was very good. They had good customer service and most especially delicious meals. I will really want them to make renovations to the executive room, asides that, it was a good stay.

Rooms were looking so poor, no ventilation in the room. Hotel service was not worth the rates at all. I was very displeased with their services, poor management. My experience was really terrible. They need to fix these issues asap

I enjoyed my stay at Nugget Hotel. The only bad part of the hotel was that the power supply was not encouraging, it was really frustrating but I was able to enjoy other services rendered. Like the room service which was swift to response, the environment of the hotel was cool and the room was properly cleaned.

My stay was very fine, the receptionist was very jovial, smiled at guests and was very professional. The doorman was also very helpful.The room was well decorated and power was on, for 24 hours all through my stay. The employees made it feel like home.

I had to extend my stay because of the warm and good service I received from the staff. I really had a great time there.

My stay at the hotel was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The environment of the hotel was properly cleaned and it was conducive for relaxation. Room rates was affordable and staff were hospitable and polite. I had no cause to complain because the services rendered were satisfying.

I slept with one eye open at the hotel. It rained heavily and to my utmost surprise the room was leaking ! The toilet was smelling and very dirty, Everything was just really bad at the hotel. They need to step up their game if they still want to remain in buisness

Nice place with wonderful people but your receptionist told me that I will be getting breakfast for free never which came, its made me sad because I did not order for any other meal with the hope that am getting a breakfast, aside from that everything was really great.

The place was just manageable. They need to properly focus on their restaurants service. It was very poor. Generally, they need to improve on their customer service. Before going there next time, I will think twice.

i made a reservation for myself and my colleague and we do not regret it at all. we had a great stay here. Good service and friendly staff.

They really were lovely people at the hotel, they catered to my needs and all I requested was brought to me in a very short notice. I also enjoyed the constant power supply and the shower in the bathroom rushed with water all through my stay at the hotel.

I occupied the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. I had to use the steps each time am going down stairs. Anyways, it was like an exercise for me and I enjoyed it but they still need to fix it as soon as possible because is not everybody that has the strength of doing that. My stay was not bad.

Everything about this hotel was okay; environment was neat, room comfortable and the service provided by the staff was awesome but the furniture in the room was very old. So, they need to work on it.
