The room was not properly ventilated and they were mosquitoes. The client informed the hotel and they promised to do something about it.

The place is nothing to write about I had to change room 3 times. 1. Dirty and noisy environment 2. Turn off the generator as against 24hrs indicated supply. Turn of water supply on the pretense of repair. 3. Dilapidated bathroom and wardrobes 4. Internet was substandard 5. Staffers do not care about the virus, nobody using face mask and are not bothered about your concern 6. Very poor house keeping and bad service

Good and neat hotel, the bed was comfortable.

Hotel is nice and fine but you see they have zero customer service. I have stayed here twice and the two times I had issues with heater not working or water not running. This time I had to wait for them to bring water and even used my hand as there was no bowl to even fetch the water. The bad part is I feel like he just uses family members for staffs and not real professionals

The room was small but customer service was very okay.

I enjoyed my stay, the only challenge I had was that they was no water heater and fridge in my room.

The receptionists are rude. They speak to the guests as though they are doing them a favor. The food takes long to be served, half of the items on the menu are not available. This is the worst hotel I have lodged at in Lagos.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. The services rendered were fairly okay. It was not bad at all but the hotel can really use a good improvement for better service delivery. The environment was quiet though and serene. Some effort was made to keep the place clean too. I would rate the hotel a five over ten for the services rendered.

First, the professionalism of the staff is commendable. Ever smiling, they attended to my requests on time. The room was nice. Shower was very okay. Place was clean. The cleaning after the last stay was not thorough though, but manageable. The restaurant needs to be worked on. Food is also expensive. Had to eat outside. The pool is amazing. The TV was also very cool with lots of channels to choose. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a terrible experience. The deluxe room reserved for me had no water heater. To make it worse, the staff were so rude and unfriendly. Poor service delivery overall.

I had a horrible experience at Lavalon hotel. My room was cockroach infested, it was a war between the cockroaches and I. The room was small and untidy. The fan made a whole lot of noise and the shower in the bathroom was not working. In addition to this, the corridor was a mess and I had to buy air freshener to reduce the smell. I am never going back to that hotel.

Everything in the hotel was just okay, there was nothing particularly special. The light and water was constant, the security was good , the receptionist was welcoming. I was comfortable with the toilet and bathrooms.

The hotel's staff were very friendly and professional. The room was tidy and spacious with modern and up to date facilities. I will definitely love to come back. I enjoyed my stay and I was fully satisfied with everything.

My stay at the hotel was pleasing, the environment was inviting with a lot of side attractions. The room was nice with well laid bed, the sheets on the bed and pillow cases were very clean. I had a swell time, I must confess.

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful and excellent one, I was given a warm reception by the staff, their food was so delicious. The environment was clean and quiet, I really enjoyed my stay. The services rendered were amazing and satisfying. The staff were understanding, hospitable and always ready to assist their guests.

When I got to the hotel, I did not like the room I was given so I asked for it to be changed. I was given a higher category of room but at a discounted rate. The management of the hotel were very nice to me. It was a pleasant stay.

The room was just right and very spacious. It was beautiful, clean, the bed also was very comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were well equipped. I fell in love with the room as soon as I opened the door. Room service and Housekeeping were prompt, polite and they attended to all my requests. I would love to visit again.

I loved every moment I spent at the hotel even though it was a short stay for me. The environment is neat and calm, the staff are courteous and respectful and they are very responsive. They need to provide trash cans in the room and they need to pay more attention to their laundry and their beddings. Apart from these, everything was perfect.

I had a great time at the hotel. The room was comfortable and cozy. The hotel had a very serene and cool atmosphere with maximum security. The hotel's management and staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was not bad at all. Although my room was not yet arranged when I got to the hotel even though the hotel was informed of my reservation. I feel the hotel management should ensure that this rooms are made ready for check in before the guest arrives at the hotel and not after the guest arrives. Asides that I had a good stay at the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very good. The swimming pool really was very neat and the customer service was great. However, the bed sheet in my room wasn't so clean, I asked for it to be changed but I was told that was the only one left. Also, the music at night was too loud and it was a little bit disturbing because my room was directly opposite the pool where the party was. Lastly there was no light in my bathroom. Apart from all this, my stay was great.

The meals served at the hotel tasted very sumptuous. The hotel had a good and clean environment. Cleaning of the room was done very early in the morning. The room was spacious and the air conditioning unit worked well. The toilet and bathroom had necessary toiletries in it. I enjoyed my stay that I had to extend it.

I am really impressed, the hospitality was perfect. The environment was peaceful and the security was professional enough. The room service personnel was awesome, their staff were extremely well behaved and polite. This hotel is a very nice place, great and delicious meals and beautiful room. I also have to commend the effort of the hotel manager because he made sure every facility in the hotel worked perfectly. My stay was a wonderful one.

Although I had a smooth check in and a warm welcome from the hotel receptionist, I was not pleased because the bathroom was small, the wardrobe was also small and the intercom wasn't working. So it was just a fair stay at the hotel, nothing so interesting.

I am impressed with the services of the hotel, the room was neat and there was water supply throughout my stay, internet connection and constant power supply was available too. The meals were delicious and affordable and I really enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Lavalon Hotels and Suites,the hotel has hardworking staff and very friendly customer service, the meals was delicious and my room was very comfortable, clean towel, toiletries and soap was provided. It was almost like home, I am definitely going back soon.

The hotel was nice, my stay was fairly good as well. The only problem I had was that I had to chase the staff around to get toiletries which I think isn't too good. Other than that, I had a fair stay.

Although the rooms were a little bit small, it was still manageable. I could not also make use of the pool because they kept on telling me that they were treating it till I left. The bathroom also has some plumbing issues.

My stay was good. The Hotel could have been more well catered for than the way i met it, though. The rooms were not so tidy and some of the walls were dirty. I enjoyed my stay though.

I was referred to this hotel by a driver of mine. Who spoke highly given that he even knows the owner. Now my issues with the place are minimal but significant. 1. Poor maintenance culture ( torn sheets, leaking bathrooms, old dustbins etc. 2. Horrible customer service ( apathetic staff). My advice is that the staff needs to be changed, the owner clearly has a plan but is plagued with nonchalant staff.

I didnt enjoy my at the hotel at all. There wasn't light at all in the hotel and the bed sheet wasn't clean. Water was flowing from the bathroom into the room and that is very bad. I asked for an extra towel but the staff said they dont have extra towel, they need to improve on their maintenance habit. They also need to pay attention to details.

This is a lovely hotel, I enjoyed my stay there. Everyone seem lovely and acted lovely. The rooms are neat too.

My stay at the hotel was terrible as I ordered for food and it took two hours for me to get the food, and when I complained the attendant was speaking in a language I did not understand and in a very loud and annoying manner.

It is a nice hotel, totally worth the price.
