I was at the hotel and did not really like what I saw.The Hotel looked somewhat old-fashioned,Customer service was very poor and there were no modern ways of logging in reservation.They entered it manually on paper,so old school.

My stay was excellent. I really enjoyed myself:,24 hours electricity, good room service, all the amenities were functioning properly. The hotel is well maintained and their staff are well trained. The food tasted nice. I think the hotel should work on the outer look of their building as the saying goes" first impression last longer".

Staff were not helpful and not willing to help, especially the one at the front desk she really needs to work on her attitude. It was not pleasing at all. And I don’t think I will like to stay here again.

The hotel was below my expectation. Everything was poor; from the tap, shower, air condition to the service was very bad. The most annoying thing was that I with someone that just came back from abroad. It wasn’t a good experience for us. Staff were not helpful. I can never recommend this hotel or stay here anymore. The place was annoying.

Unbelievable! i didn't want to go there at first, but passing by I saw that the outside alls were finally painted. Good customer service, although quite old-fashioned. The rooms were suprisingly comfortable. For a hotel on the mainland, its very very good.

The best thing about mainland hotel is the lunch buffet. That alone made up for the outside market blocking the road. :)

I liked the warm old-fashioned athmosphere about the place. Although the exterior was messy, inside was quite comfy and updated. Quick service too.
