My stay had the hotel was quite fair. The environment, the room and the bathroom was well cleaned. Service delivery was on the average though. There were no towels available in the room. I had to call for one and after taking so long for the staff to bring me a towel, it was more or less a face towel that was given to me. I was quite disappointed. Regardless, it is a good hotel.

Honestly, I had a beautiful stay at the hotel, the fact that I made my reservation online made things really easy for me. I had a smooth check-in, their environment was serene and lovely, my room was comfortable and there was constant electricity. I enjoyed every minute I spent at the hotel and will definitely visit the hotel again.

Very simple and beautiful in every way especially in terms of room rates, service delivery, staff relations, serenity, cleanliness etc. Although I have not tasted their food, but I think it will follow the same order. The management is evidently doing a good work.

I'm glad I lodged in a beautiful and cozy hotel, with very neat and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check in to check out. They did everything they could to make my stay as nice as possible. I also loved their meals, they tasted very homely. Thank you Amazon Hotels, you guys have a big heart.

Honestly, I had a remarkable stay. All the services were rendered effectively. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My room was very neat with a very comfortable bed. This is my first visit, but I would definitely check into Amazon hotel again . You guys already have a customer in me!

I love the way you people washed my car for free for the 3 days I stayed in your hotel. I also appreciated the fact that you placed my favorite Big Gideon's Bible in the room. It's also quiet and neat. There are no women loitering around. I'll be back again. Kudos to you guys !

I used the standard room for two nights and my stay was better compared to the last time when I spent good time at the reception waiting to be checked in. The issue this time was the water heater in the bathroom, it didn't work and I made do with other alternatives.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The hotel management and staff were hospitable and helpful. The services rendered were affordable and food was delicious. The room was spacious, bed size was okay, the toilet and bathroom were also well equipped. Toiletries was provided, I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not enjoy my stay at all, its not up to standard. Ac in my room was not working, no towel, no toiletries, no tooth brush, no soap, power supply was not constant and the room was not too clean. The hotel needs total renovation and they need to work on maintenance and their services

The hotel is under renovation and they had issue with their water. When I complained I was told they are working on their pumping machine. Asides this, the hotel is okay for the price and nothing spectacular about the place.
