My stay was great, I like their rooms and services

It was okay but I did not like their food and the receptionist was not well welcoming

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The customer services and the facilities were quite okay. My checking and checking out went smooth. The only thing I did not like about my stay at the hotel was that the bath is too small.

This is a hotel I normally stay for short visits but this time I had an extended visit and i'm not sure i will be coming back to this place. First, there was wall gecko poop on my sheets for two days in a row. The bathroom was always flooded with water because the flexi in the bathroom was faulty and no effort was mad to have it repaired before I left. The customer service was bad and this was a great turn off for me. The television did not have a variety of channels for viewing.

The hotel is crappy and messed up. There was no power supply and the hotel management refused to put on the generator. I just had to leave, I believe that they could have done better.

My stay was horrible. The wardrobe was filled with fungi. There were no hangers for our clothes, no towels and toiletries available. We had to go beg the staff for these things for us. The sheets and mattress were torn. the TV did not have a remote control. My wife and I were so uncomfortable throughout the stay.

The hotel is quite nice. I liked the quality of their breakfast. But they need to find a way to deal with the excess mosquitoes in the rooms. I was bitten all through the night. Please they should really work on it.

Nice place, I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit in the near future. The only problem is they should get their pool fixed and put out a sign post for better direction.

I am a regular user of the hotel. I have been there a couple of times and their services are fantastic. This time was no different. I will definitely be using the hotel again whenever I am around. It's a great place.

I had a fair stay, though the television had issues and it was really bad. The customer service was terrible as the receptionist was very disrespectful and spoke rudely, making it look as if she didn't care if I left or stayed. I was really disappointed and I will not be staying there again.

Since I discovered this neat and homely hotel about a year ago, I have made it not just my preferred hotel but the only hotel I stay whenever I'm in Abuja. It is well maintained, reasonably priced and the staff are very courteous and helpful.

It was really okay, there was no problem at all during my stay. I had all I needed. The room was very spacious with lights and good furniture. I had a relatively good stay.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in Abuja. It is clean, the air is fresh,food is great and the service was awesome.

My stay at the hotel was not bad at all, the place was decent and serene. I felt secured because there was adequate security for life and properties at the hotel. I loved the clean environment that was well taken care of by the hotel's staff.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, everything was just perfect. I given a warm reception, the staff were friendly and respectful. My room was perfect for me, was comfortable and beautiful,their room service was perfect, food was delicious and affordable, power supply was 24 hours, internet was available and water heater was working fine. I will like to use the hotel again.

It was really difficult to find the hotel, I was about turning back before someone directed me. The hotel was beautiful and I really had a good time after all but the hotel need to put sign post everywhere around the hotel so that it will be easy to locate.

My stay at your hotel was awesome. I initially planned to stay for a night but my flight was cancelled multiple times and I ended spending five nights at your hotel. But it's all good since I had a really perfect stay. It's like one of the best I've used recently.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Your services were just fabulous!! The Wifi was very fast, the complementary breakfast was really nice, there was power supply almost throughout my stay at the hotel, the hotel attendants were ready to answer me whenever I had one issue or the other. It was really a nice experience. Keep up the good work.

Locating the hotel wasn't easy because, the direction on the hotel's website wasn't well detailed. The hotel management should look into this and if possible, place sign posts at strategic points leading to the hotel. However, my stay at the hotel was a perfect one.

You have a very nice hotel, let me just say I was a bit unfortunate. The room I got was close to the generator place, I couldn't sleep that night. The internet too was slow and unusable. When I spoke about these challenges, my room got changed, a better room was given to me. Ordinarily, I should have checked out but I extended my stay since I got what I wanted.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is nice but the road to the hotel is very bad.

I spent two nights at your hotel, good cab service to move around town, great reception when I return and good Wifi service. The room was big and comfortable. It was a nice time with your hotel and don't bring down this good standard that you have set for your hotel.

The hotel was neat, accommodating and homely. Their customer service were also wonderful.
