I did not have a really good experience at the hotel. The staff there were not very polite. There were mosquitoes flying around and so I did not have a good night's sleep. The power supply there was also not stable and the cleanliness rate is very low.

Though I had to take a higher room, the hotel was relatively okay. The service was prompt. The environment was neat and quiet, their customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable, water and power supply was available, I am impressed and satisfied with all their services.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The water supply at the hotel was not constant especially in the bathroom, the bath tub also needs to be fixed because it was difficult for water to flow out of it. The room was okay and well cleaned.

I was satisfied with the services that was rendered at the hotel. The hotel management and staff were hospitable, I received a warm reception, I was able to check in with ease, that alone got me happy. The power supply was moderate and the hotel environment was really conducive. The price of the room was worth it. I enjoyed my stay at Signature Suites.

The air condition in my room wasn't cool, it wasn't even working. The shower was not working either, I had to use a bucket to get water from the tap. I could not bath with hot water too because of this. My experience was not good at all. It's a shame for a hotel like yours.

I was not impressed when I arrived at Signature Suites and the hotel did not meet up to expectation. The Duvet was dirty and lots of mosquitoes in the room, the bath room was smelling and water was coming out from part of the wall. Staff of the hotel was not efficient. The hotel needs a total renovation on their facilities.

My stay at the hotel was cool and lovely, the staff were friendly and I have just positive comments about them. Great team they have there.

Good location, good hotel. Very clean, good reception. Rooms are very good. The food too is good. Room service was great. The staff made it easy for me, They were very helpful. Great environment with good security. I enjoyed my meal, it was great. This is a very comfortable place to spend the weekend. I recommend this hotel!

Your was really great, checking-in was fast and easy and the receptionist was very welcoming, but while I will checking-in I was told that there will be complimentary breakfast which never came and later in the day I was going to use the bar but it was also not working. The bar was empty with nobody to attend to you, your hotel is really great but I think your bar should function well during weekends.

I was very pleased with the level of organisation and corporation in the hotel. Many thanks for making my stay worthwhile.

Average, environment was okay but service was not. The extension in my room was not okay and the intercom was faculty I had to walk to the reception whenever I needed something

I enjoyed my stay, the service was very good and the rooms were quite comfortable. There was no such thing as being unsatisfied. The staffs were prompt with all the services.

It was very ok, nice reception, beautiful atmosphere. I really relaxed and loved my stay I will definitely visit there next time

the hotel was ok for the price, the environment and room were ok too but the bathroom to the toilet should have a demarcation cotton. As for the customer service, it was not good at all, especially the receptionist...i strongly feel a customer friendly representative should be the receptionist rather than what they have there currently... apart from that, my stay went well

i love the place and really enjoyed my stay cos everything about the hotel was ok. its just that once you make an order for food, it takes like an hour to get it, but the explanation given was that they had to freshly prepare it, but i want the manaegement of the hotel to reduce the time taken for preparation of food

I stayed in the hotel for five days and it was a very comfortable service. When I had issues with my bathroom and wireless internet log-on, I received immediate service and the issues were resolved. The key to hospitality is service delivery, and the management and staff of the hotel were handy to assist. In terms of budget and location, I consider it okay in meeting my business needs in Victoria Island. If there is anything, I would recommend they increase their speed of preparing meals. A dinner I ordered for on an evening took too long to prepare, given my knowledge of how to cook, and they didn\'t quite adhere to my request that it should contain less chilly. In addition to the above, they should also have a shower curtain on a rail, even though there is a floor towel. After bathing at night, one wouldn\'t like to have water splashes on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are accommodating. Despite the fact that the hotel is under renovation, they still tries to put everything in order. I enjoyed my stay.
