The mosquitoes are too much, I had to tell them to spray the room.

My stay was not good, in the room no television, the water was not running, and the shower was not working.

It was just fine, but I couldn’t sleep well because of mosquito.

The hotel is neat and comfortable but they need more hands at the front desk.

Checking into the hotel was so stress free. It was one of the fastest check in I have had. I made my reservation online thus when I got to the hotel I just made payment and I was given my room. The receptionist and hotel attendants were so helpful and ready to find solution to every complain I had at the hotel. It was a nice experience and I hope to visit again soon.

It was cool staying at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, the bed was comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were well equipped with modern fixtures. The facilities in the hotel were modern. The hotel management and staff were customer-friendly. I am contented with the hotel.

The hotel was not bad but no stable power supply. The tap in the bathroom was bad, no towel or foot-mat. Aside all this listed my stay at the hotel was not bad.

Well... It was just there.

well reputable hotel, with wonderful services, tasty food, neat environment, just a stone throw to the beach, excellent security, wonderful rooms with beautiful interior décor and state of art furniture, waooo the bar is exquisite, exotic drinks, my experience with the swimming pool lingers in my memory, micheals has got big parking space, beautiful environment.

Your hotel was great, good security system, clean and neat room and the meal was great, It was a short but great memory, its a place I will be coming back to soon and with friends.

Fair structure, delayed customer service, okay stay. I guess these would describe my stay.

It was okay and it was up to expectation the only challenge was calling the customer care they were not picking their calls

The air condition was not strategically positioned well and the compressor was not functioning. There was no complimentary breakfast, even in small hotels you get complimentary breakfast no matter how small. Aside this, every other thing was okay; the location worked well for me because it was close to where I had an event. The service rendered was good. My room and the bathroom was clean. I did not bother going to the restaurant because it looks expensive to me.

The hotel was okay and my room was alright but the noise from the beach really affected my stay.

The hotel was very clean and serene. The service quality was great; they have a big and well structured restaurant that provided really nice food. My stay was very good and enjoyable. I commend the hotel management.

I had an interesting here stay; the environment was calm and accommodating workers. I don’t like the fact that there is no improvement on their meal. I stayed here 2007 and the level of their meal is still the same, I think they should have improve by now.

The hotel was very clean. The staffs were courteous and the room given to me was comfortable. At least I was able to regulate the air condition in my room to my desire. The hotel is easily accessible and much secured

The staffs were fair to me. Actually when I got there I did not like the room I booked for. When I told them I was given a better and much comfortable room at a cheaper rate.

Room given to me wasn’t spacious but the service provided was wonderful and the location for me was perfect.

My stay was nice. I enjoyed every moment I spent in the hotel. Nice and beautiful room, the environment was very conducive. They’ve got delicious meal. My experience there was quite different but it was an amazing one.
