Every thing about my stay in your hotel was bad,i stayed in a suit that they had to bring water for me in a bucket.everything about your hotel is very bad.i really hope your management will read all this.

I was very disappointed in the facilities at Miccom. I thought it would be the best in Osun state. Unfortunately, the hotel's standard has dropped drastically. There was no water in the toilets, some lizards were crawling in the rooms, the rooms were not even cleaned till we were ready to check in. Totally disappointing for their calibre.

I had a splendid stay at the hotel and I am glad I made the reservation through hotels.ng. Seriously it was stress free. I enjoyed every bit of this short break, it was really fun.

The room service was great, their staffs were extremely very well behaved and very good......the only thing I noticed is that their Nigerian dishes is tasteless, they tend to concentrate more on foreign intercontinental dishes than the local dishes.

Though my stay was fine but they could do better. They need to upgrade on their room, restaurant and bar, The room given to me was noting to write home about it's actually rained both the roof and the floor were leaking so am not satisfied with such place i don't think i will patronize them again

The hotel is downgrading daily, it is no longer how it used to, their staircase was dirty and even the rooms, also there was no water at the hotel, didn't enjoy my stay, they really need to improve on their services

it was just fair but not up to the standard we expected, light was a serious issue too. They need to redirect the vision of the hotel, investment should be made on their facilities and modern equipment should be brought in....i had to move to a better hotel/ resort cente

my stay wasn't too pleasant, and the hotel did not meet my standards, i'll rate the customer service 50%...but there was a lot of wrongs at the hotel.....the light was an issue, Gen was only put on for 7pm till 12pm , nothing was actually working swimming pool, games and the likes

No internet, no Dstv, light is based on 10% occupancy rate, fridge no working, expensive foods and drinks(50cl small bottle water -N200), despite paying a high price for a double executive room. Customer service - average

I’m looking forward for another trip to the hotel. Though it was not really up to what I bargained for but still okay and I had fun. I did not eat their food because I could not afford it (expensive) and more so no varieties.

Miccom Golf Hotel is located in a quiet place and internet service is on point. Accommodation is of good standard. I went with my husband and we both enjoyed the place.

I think they have a routine for the generator. Every morning they put off the generator and there would be no light till evening except Nepa brings light. The intercom was not working, you have to go down to the reception to fetch whatever you want and apart from the food no extra thing to buy within the hotel likes provisions. Our stay was just okay.

The hotel was not exactly up to the standard I expected. The kitchen menu was limited and the gym was not functioning. The staff were okay but not efficient enough. Due to their inefficiency I paid extra for my meal.

I was not impressed with the room service; toilet was dirty and food served was nothing to write about. I officially told them that I will not eat their food. I’m not looking forward to stay here anymore.

Everything went perfectly, the staffs were friendly and on time, the room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was the location of the hotel; I had to keep asking people for directions at intervals. It is not easily accessible and they should try to make provisions for the hotel sign posts at strategic areas for easier location.

There are so many opportunities here, so they really need to think and make use of the available chances they have now. This place is called a resort; they need to provide more recreational facilities that will make their client happier and lively because it got to a point that I was bored and nothing to keep me busy.

I wasn’t impressed at all; the service provided was nothing to write about, no light, most of the facilities weren’t working and the mattress in my room was hard I couldn’t sleep comfortably. To worst it, the food was tasteless.

My stay was boring; I didn’t see much people around. The place is just good for honeymoon, which I have already recommended to my friend who is getting married soon. The problem I had with them was the delay in their service. Sometimes you call and don’t pick, and in delivering, they are slow, it took 3hours to change my bed sheet. The food tasted well and the room was clean.

I managed the place; it was just fair but not up to the standard we expected. There was no sign post leading to the hotel. We saw a villager going towards that direction and the person led us there that was very risky. Their food tasted horrible, but I managed it. The hotel is beautiful and I love the environment.

I love this place, its home away from home, a place for honey moon. I went with my new wedded wife and I'm glad she liked the place too. The environment was cool. The receptionist’s guys are fantastic and very welcoming. But mosquito almost finished me when i went to reception area, they should do something about it.

I will rate my stay on the average, the water in the bathroom was dirty and I came with my kids so I had to get water from outside. Customer service is also very poor, I was at the hotel for five days and no one came to check on us and when I called the front desk they were not prompt in answering calls. I was not satisfied by their services.

The hotel is not easily accessible at all but I had a great experience. I went there to relax and I got just what I wanted. I left feeling very refreshed.
