It was fair they did not put on gen. too long

I enjoyed my stay but was not satisfied with the frequent going-on-and-off of the generating

Worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked a standard room that had a poor bathroom, upgraded to executive room and it was worse. The room had no fridge, AC worked only at night, reception phone was not working, terrible hotel policies too.

It is really a shitty hotel with very poor service.

The hotel was smelling and very dirty, I had to go to another hotel.

I could not stay because their AC, TV wasn't working. They have poor maintenance policy.

My stay at the was great. Light was constant, treatment was amazing.

My stay was fine but they was no intercom in the room. I was told there is WIFI services but none was available, the fan in my room was not working.

Cristabol is a total mess, below standard. Everything is old and unkempt, nothing is good about it.

The customer service was good. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive.

My reservation was not confirmed by the hotel. The hotel gave my room out to another client because I got there late which was as a result of my flight delay. I had to pay an extra fee before I was given another room to stay. Everything was just off during my stay even if it was just for a night. The DSTV was not connected in the room I stayed in. I am not particularly satisfied about the services provided at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach where I enjoyed nature. The room was very comfortable, spacious and neat. Water was running during my stay. There was constant electricity and room service were always available to attend to my needs.

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful one. My room was very comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient. The hotel's environment felt secure and serene. I didn't regret staying in the hotel and I will recommend it to my friends.

There is no wi-fi, no water heater, the access road is bad and the hotel is quite difficult to find, No intercom in the room, a TV with no remote and on high volume. But the room was lovely, the (big) generator came on quick each time lights went out, and the staff were friendly, but just need more professionalism

This hotel wasn't up to the standard I expected. I kept changing room like changing clothes, air condition wasn't working and the staff were rude, asides a lady that was nice and polite. I wasn't impressed at all and I don’t think I will come back here again.

I enjoyed every bit of meal that was served. Swimming pool is nice and enjoyable and room given me was nice and neat. Great work and keep it up!!!
