Bad stay

When I arrived at the hotel and saw the room that was reserved for me, I was utterly disappointed. The room was quite small and stuffy. I had to upgrade my room and even then, it was a far cry from what I expected. The room didn't have a working AC. I was informed the only room with a working AC was the executive room and that was way beyond my budget. I was left with no option than to stay in a room without AC. I absolutely did not enjoy my stay and I won't be returning.
