Reviews of American University Hotel (AUN)

I stayed for six days in this hotel and my experience was pleasant. The room was clean, cooling system perfect and other accessories were in good condition. From the front desk to the room, the restaurant, the pool bar, the coffee shop, everything was really nice. Please keep up this good job.

The hotel is not bad.We received a very good reception from the hotel staff.Everything was just alright. The rooms were okay and clean although we had to change one of the rooms to a better one. Nice place though. Good and working facilities were available for our usage.

The hotel decor, structures, environment and everything you can think of is attractive and mind blowing. The hotel is a really nice place to be and I enjoyed every bit of my time there.

Beautiful building with properly working facilities. However, the customer service is very bad.The hotel management should work on this very important aspect of their organisation for better services.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff present at the hotel were very polite and attended to all my needs with a warm smile on their happy faces. The room and environment in general was relatively neat and tidy.
