I like the improvements made at the hotel since my last visit. I noticed the interior furniture has been changed to lovely ones than the ones I saw the last time and their services has also improved. Thumbs up!

Very nice, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and in felt relaxed.

The hotel is decent for transition travelers but not for a vacationer because it is too small,you can barely move in the bathroom,very small,nice workers who are trying too hard to get the guest satisfied because they are overworked,working 24hrs straight before a day off is horrible,there is no way you can be very efficient working long hours like that. You are also only offered one towel for two guests and no wash clothes for almost $ 100 dollars a night.i\'m not particularly blaming this hotel for inefficiency because a lot of them are like that which is a shame for $100 dollars a night.

Horrible customer service and horrible rooms. No manager around just a few clueless staffs.

This is a very bad hotel. The security there is zero. Valuables could just be stolen anyhow if one is not careful. The staff cannot be trusted at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

The customer service is terrible from the gate man to receptionist. A friend came to visit me, on her way out she was insulted by the gate man because she didn’t greet him. Imagine! calling her a prostitute and all sorts. I went to ask for the manager or supervisor, they said none was around, I asked for their contacts , was told I can’t get one I went to meet the gate man, he didn’t apologize or show any remorse so please for the sake of your self respect don’t go there.

I think when your hotel was built its must be very beautiful with great structure, but its really old. Most of your facilities are not working, and the staff are also acting like they are doing customer a huge favor. I must say that your hotel needs serious renovation, better staff who has passions for customer service and better cleaning process. Even if I spent few nights I still think with much renovation the hotel can be back to business.

Your hotel is beautiful but not well taken care off, its a place that I had to manage I must say. I see a great structure but with bad management, you start by putting cleanliness first, all other aspect were okay and nice. I spoke with a wonderful person while checking in so I know that in times of customer service your hotel is okay.

I had a bad experience at the hotel, I checked in late at night and couldn't bath with hot water because there was no water heater. I even used the kitchen and laundry services. When I checked out of my room the next morning, I asked the receptionist if I could wait at the reception for two hours because i had a flight to catch in few hours, she refused saying the management won't allow it and only those that wants to check-in can wait at the reception, they ask me to leave their premises and I was so embarrassed. Considering the fact that I lodged there the previous night and I just checked out of my room, I expected to be allowed to stay there. I will never patronize this hotel and will stop anyone I know from using this hotel. They only care about their money and nothing else not even the welfare of their costumers

I stayed because there was no other place to stay, your rooms are too small, and I like my room big but it was not too bad.

My stay was terrible. The 1st room I stayed the ac was not working. The 2nd room was not clean and smelling. Cockroach in the toilet, toilet sit was not strong enough. They also need to work on all their plumber work.

Had a Horrible experience. The Staff members were so sluggish with nonchalant attitude. Most of them always wears sad and sullen faces, the rooms equipment are so outdated and non functional. AC unit doesn't work and makes the most annoying noise. The bathrooms was unsanitary and yukky.

I actually enjoyed my stay at the hotel than my previous visit. I just think they should improve on their toiletries. Modern hotels do not make use of bar soaps anymore, and the lotion had a really bad smell.

The hotel was ok, and i had no issue at all. the environment was clean and tidy, the room was cool for me too.

Constant power supply and entrainment was okay. My room was also okay but the air condition was not working properly.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel because there is an unpleasant smell coming from the back of the hotel and i have complained severally about this to no avail. Also, the food is very very poor.

The hotel was dirty, the receptionist was quite rude, there a burst pipe so everywhere was wet and grimy , the toilet has funny insects, the cleaner was lazy and I had to insist before he could clean up my room.... In fact I am never going to use the hotel again.

I actually made the reservation for my friend and she said the bed of the room that was given to her was too soft that she had to use pillow to support herself. So please endeavor to look into this, but every other services that was rendered went well with her and she liked the hotel.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel, the room was big and neat, the meals were also delicious, while checking in I asked if there was internet connection and the receptionist said yes, I was later given the password which I kept on trying and trying for hours till I slept off. When I was checking out I asked the lady why the Wifi did not work, and she gave me a very funny reply saying that I only asked if there was internet connection, that I never asked if it was working.

I had a lot of challenges during my stay at your hotel. I came in early and I could not pay with my card because the POS machine was not working. I decided to pay in dollars but said no I could only pay in Naira and they can’t check me in unless I make payment. I think one common thing in any hospitality industry is that guest must always feel at home. But here nothing likes that. Customer relation service was poor. Though the room was okay and facilities were nice.

I had always used this hotel but I think you should give your hotel a face-lift. Also, the noise of opening doors at night was quite disturbing, I wonder what you must have been looking for at that time of the night.

Very great place, I had a nice time. Just needs to improve on the internet issue, the Wifi was not working in my room which was not so nice because I had some things I needed to do online but had to put them on hold. Its a very neat and secured place to stay, I just had problem with the internet. They had delicious meals and my bed sheet was always clean.

The hotel is okay and the environment is clean and peaceful. But I was not impressed with their staff and I think they need to be trained on how to relate with their guest in order not to lose customers in the future.

From the arrival I knew that the reception will be poor for that night. They don’t have a record to show if I have a reservation or have made payment or not. It took them more than an hour to check me in after plenty stories. My 1st night was horrible but I enjoyed the subsequent ones.

This Hotel was not upto standard. Towels were dirty. Facilities were just there. Nothing spectacular considering the location. I was dissapointed. The bed was worn out and unkempt.It was fair anyways..

My stay was very cool and absolutely wonderful. I like the hotel very much; the room I was given was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel only has a good and conducive environment but the staff especially the receptionist was very rude to me. The staff are also very poor in their response to customers who make inquiries. I can't recommend the hotel to anyone.

The price was on the high side, otherwise I would have extended my stay.

Unhygienic and disgusting place to stay. The showers are death trap. I was given a used and dirty towel. Receptionist are so rude and unfriendly, the most nasty people on the surface of the earth. Absolutely disappointed and not going back there for any reason

Staff were not helpful and not willing to help, especially the one at the front desk she really needs to work on her attitude. It was not pleasing at all. And I don’t think I will like to stay here again.
