I will rate the hotel services 5/10 as the first room I was given had a faulty AC though they later moved me to a better room.

The hotel was excellent without a fault. I spent a whole 5 nights and did not have any complain. I will definitely be back, the experience was amazing.

Your hotel is quite okay, actually, I was not really satisfied with the dinner because it wasn't what I expected but I must commend your staff for being so nice. Your facilities and services were lovely, I look forward to spending another wonderful time at your hotel.
