I kept struggling with the AC, pls they should work on their AC.

It was not fine because they did not on AC

Customer service here is the worst I have seen. The receptionist was so discourteous and showed no empathy. Though room are quiet spacious and the bed are comfortable. Where the hotel is located is nothing not good, noise from the mosque opposite haunted me all night.

I enjoyed all the services I paid for at this hotel. This is an experience I will love to have over and over again. The staff were very nice and respectful. My room was already tidied up as I checked in. I entered the room and I was welcomed by this lovely smell. I fell in love with my room at first sight. Everything in the bathroom was working, especially the water heater. I had a great stay.
