Reviews of Rockview Hotel, Festac

I checked into the highest room in the hotel yet I could not bath with hot water, this is a serious issue for me.

My stay was okay but we didn't have water for a night.

Great hoel, amazing staff, beautiful views. I enjoyed every minute I spent there.

l got value for my money in terms of cleanliness, security and comfort...The staff were polite and ready to meet your needs. The only problem l had was with the intercom and WiFi. Both did not work. It is a good hotel to lodge compared to most hotels in Lagos

I paid for the hotel's gym services only for me to be informed afterwards that the gym has been shut down.This does not speak well of the hotels customer services.

The hotel was easy to locate and accessible. The environment is clean and conducive. The staff are hospitable. The room was well decorated and clean. The hotel's facilities were functioning properly. The security was really good considering that it is located in an enclosed location. I can say that I got the value for my money.

The hotel was okay. It's a beautiful place and very nice too. All the complaints we made regarding the issues we had while we were there were attended to and everything went well. I'll say kudos to the management of the hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate and their staff were of immense help to me, as such my stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was cool and calm. Water and power supply was okay during my stay. I really had a good stay.

This hotel has an excellent location, well appointed rooms, very hospitable owners and staff. The man at the gate is always at duty and very polite. The food so delicious and cheap compare to other hotels have been to. Facilities are top-notch and the rooms are beautiful except for the water heater that is not working at all that i need to demand for hot water and it brought with bucket to my room by the waitress this particular event it wasn't really nice. The whole concept of dining with the other guests is really nice. Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed.

I didn't enjoy my stay at the hotel at all,The intercom was not working that I have to use my mobile number to call room service,there was no water at the hotel.They need to improve on their services.

The hotel is okay for the price, they just need to improve on their services and be efficient enough. They were taking time to solve my challenges during my stay. The environment is calm and neat and the room was spacious but they need to work on their response time.

I really like the place as it was almost a 5 star service.

The place had rats in the rooms and all they could say was sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. The food was not good, we had to keep sending our food back and the food on the buffet for breakfast and dinner was dried out and it was expensive. I will never stay there again. I paid too much to stay with a rat!!!!!!

Your hotel is really nice with great customer service, something happened on the day I checked out, I paid for last check out because I got a call to leave Lagos immediately, my surprise the money was funded, when I asked why that was done the manager said my comfort out of Lagos was more important to them then the money been paid, I have not experienced such generosity in a long time. I will definitely use your hotel any time I'm in Lagos.

I had a nice time at the hotel. The place is beautiful and neat so I had nothing to complain about.

This is a nice place, I was really impressed.

Rock view has always been my choice whenever unless it can not be found within the area of my stay. I like it here!

My stay at the hotel was okay, their reception was good but the connection between the room and the kitchen wasn't good.....the food we ordered for wasn't the one they brought....they shouldn't allow such issue to happen again
