I like the hotel rooms and environment am extending my stay

It was not a pleasant stay. Everything is bad about this hotel

Generally, their services are wonderful.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Could you imagine my fiance lodged in only for him to return in the evening to discover his room was used for short time services. All his properties were scattered and the people that used the place left their drinks. The staff excuse was that the guests entered the wrong room. How is that believable? Guys be careful with this hotel. No one is even safe. The environment was clean though

I spent 7 days at Stamford hotel and I can authoritatively state that there services are top notch, the rooms are well furnished. I initially planned staying for three days but ended staying for 7 days. It was that good. Thumbs up to the hotel management and staff for the good services.

My stay at the hotel was horrible. My plan was to stay for 3 nights but the experience on the first night was unbearable that I had to quickly check out the next morning to check-in to another hotel. I could not even take my bath neither was I able to brush my teeth before checking out of the hotel because there was no water supply. Also, the room had no air conditioning unit in it and the staff were not friendly.

This is the worst hotel I have been to in Nigeria. The hotel service and management is horrible. I verbally expressed to the hotel manager my displeasure at the service rendered. It was very nonchalant and heartless. Coincidentally as I was laying my complaints, another customer also came exploding with concerns at the same time as if we planned it.

I had a swell time at the hotel, everything at the hotel was perfect for me to fit in easily. The duvet, the sheets, pillows and covers were spotless. The staff were very happy to see me and they welcomed me with smiles.

Let me start with what I liked at the hotel. The rooms looked neat and the air condition worked well. The issue I had was the bathroom, the water heater kept dripping water throughout my stay, it's a plumbing issue that shouldn't be. Another thing that didn't sit so well with me was the inability to watch news or sports channel. I was a little hesitant writing this review because I believe your hotel should be way better.

The hotel was perfect and I totally enjoyed my stay, though I stayed for just one night, I still had a splendid time. I must also commend the hotel's customer service, they were wonderful. It was really a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was good,they have excellent customer service and the rooms were cozy,beautiful and comfortable. Their room service is impressive as well and they have super efficient staff.The only complain I have is the food was salty.they need to change their chef.

I really enjoyed my stay. It is a place I would love to visit again. Had a lovely experience.

My stay at the hotel was okay. The hotel was clean and comfortable.The environment was conducive and quiet,they have excellent and efficient staff. Water and power supply was available too.

The hotel is a nice place,the environment is a clean place and peaceful.The only problem I have is that the room had a funny smell,they should work on the hygiene in the rooms.There was water and power supply .

The hotel is nice, I had a perfect stay at the hotel.There was nothing to complain about,their services was superb.The Zuma lounge was so lovely, delicious food and cool music.The rooms are very neat with lovely bed sheet, the curtains looks really nice at night. I got real value for my money and i would certainly be back!!

The hotel is nice,their rooms are cozy and homely. Their quality of service is impressive as well and they have super efficient staff. Their food tasted really nice as well. I would recommend them and I too look forward to coming here again soon.

Your hotel was wow, the experience was one of a kind, I had fun from start to finish, the place is really great, I have been to Abuja many times but have never tried to use your hotel, I just drive by with the though that it may just be a beautiful place but not nice, but after few nights with your hotel, my family and I must say that has been a very wonderful experience, my kids had so much fun that kept on asking when will they be visiting again.
