Cancellation Policy: Should this reservation be cancelled less than 24 hrs from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate for one night plus 10% Service Charge, 7.5%VAT will be levied against you in relation to your guarantee method above and attached. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy: A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of one night plus 10% Service Charge, 7.5% VAT will be levied against you. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
