Quiet but horrible customer service.

The rooms were damp, and the air conditioning only worked at specific times set by the hotel — this should be mentioned in the description or reflected in the price. The free breakfast was only provided for one night; we didn’t receive anything on the second day. The power sockets also only worked during certain hours, which was very inconvenient. There was no way to contact the reception from the room. While the hotel manager was helpful and professional, the rest of the staff need to improve their service. The bathroom window in the room faced exposed piping, which was unpleasant. Basic items like toilet paper were missing, and the fan provided in the room we stayed in was boisterous and should be replaced.
