I was not satisfied at all with the services rendered. The air conditoner was not working properly I had to check out earlier than expected.

I had a really nice time at Central Point. The hospitality was superb. The hotel had very courteous staff which always attended to me when I needed them. The room size was more than okay, the bed was big and very comfortable. I enjoyed the meals eaten at the hotel and I am definitely going to visit again.

I will commend the hotel on their customer service, they have the best customer service that I have ever noticed in any hotel.. I had a neat and comfortable room so big n beautiful. The shower and water heater working so fine including their AC and internet connection. I had all the toiletries I needed including the foot mat. The hotel was actually a noiseless zone so calm that when a needle falls we will hear the sound there by making my stay a delight. I did not stay for long but the few days I spent in your hotel was great.
