A Male staff barged into my room without knocking and i was not fully dressed.. He said he didn't know someone was occupying the room.. The room didn't have water heater and when my kids requested for hot water it took more than 2 hours before they brought it . Terrible experience

It was 100% good, I enjoyed my stay.
