This hotel is excellent not not in a good way. Staff lovely especially front office with happy ending, I had major issue with AC and shower, I was given a bucket to bath! I thought it was a prank!! . The only thing I enjoy was the food and service staff.

I was not pleased with my stay at THE WELLS CARLTON HOTEL AND APARTMENTS. The AC in my room was not cooling, it was blowing heat, the toilet seat was bad. Customer service was good though.
