My stay was fair, the hospitality was great, the room was very okay and the AC was working very.

My stay was alright. However, the window to my room did not have a burglary proof.

The hotel is not decent and the location is confusing. It is not a nice place.

Very poor management. The room was creepy and there was no light, the toilet was dirty and the towel I was given was old.

Customer service was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming but room was old and had no welcoming look. My room was not worth the money I paid, the bedspread was itchy. The bathroom was not in good condition though the water heater was functioning.
