Not fit for purpose

I Stayed here 31st March 2022 after being assured by Tolu that aircon, generator, water heater and shower were all working. Lie, lie, Lie. Immediately after checking in, the lights went off. Small generator was on which only supports the fan and bulb. The heat in room and corridor was comparable to that of a mini bakery at Sango, Ibadan. I paid 10,000 for a double room with outdated decoration and wardrobe. Fridge was smelly and not working, towel was brown and worn out, probably from the 90s, shower was totally useless. No water came out and if lucky, you'd get a spit of water come out. Bedbugs had a feast on my body, heat throughout the night and dogs from opposite house barking mad. It could not get any better. Car park was a building site next door with no security and road leading to hotel was not tarred, full of rubbles from building site. I have serious concerns about how this place is run, my conclusion is that it is being run illegally, no sign or posting of hotel at entrance, no receipt or check in of guest name or register, no breakfast, no safety or fire signs, no emergency exit signs and no visible guests. This place should not be operating at all, it requires proper revamp and registering with the state government as a hotel. I will be reporting to the local government for below standard establishment with grave concerns.
