My stay was not good at all. An incident at your hotel really marred my experience. The locks on the door were not working properly. Whenever I jam it I am not able to open it without assistance. Please fix the door, your guests deserves better.

Hotel lacks good customer service; there was nobody to welcome guest from the entrance, I asked for an extra pillow I was totally ignored and bed was very small. However, the hotel environment was clean, room was clean and all necessary toiletries were provided.
