My stay was very comfortable and nice services

The services was good. The environment was serene and nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The environment is quiet and relaxing, The customer service is very good. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean too and all facilities there were working just fine. It is not a bad place to stay at all.

My stay at the hotel was really nice. I had no issues checking in and out of the hotel. I had a nice time there. The customer service delivery was excellent. The facilities worked really well. It was a run for my money. The hotel is clean too

My stay at the hotel was good but one thing I have to say is that the housekeepers need to be trained well. My room was clean. the bathroom was not too clean though, the underneath of the toilet bowl needs to be cleaned properly. There were mildew stains all over the shower tub. Luckily for me I always carry my cleaning supplies due to the fact that I have OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder). The WIFI was not working good. I stayed in junior suite (paradise) for twelve days. The security is great! Customer service is great too. All that needs to improved upon is for the housekeepers to learn how to clean the bathrooms properly.

My stay at the hotel was good, it is easy to locate and in such a beautiful place. I got what I really wanted, my room was well furnished and tidy.

I had a good stay at the hotel. Customer service was awesome and the environment was very nice. It was quite and very peaceful. However, the Wifi did not work during my stay at the hotel. Aside from that, it was a good stay with almost no issue.

The hotel is in a good location with well dressed staff. However my room had an A.C. that was making a lot of noise when switched on and secondly the WiFi connection in room 328 was very very poor. Almost non-existent. Also when I arrived at West View Hotel, the booking I made was for the NGN 8000 per night room, but when I got to the hotel, they said it was at their branch opposite this very hotel as such the lowest rate they had for the hotel I was presently in was 11000. I had no choice than to pay NGN11000 because I didn't want the stress of dragging my luggage to the other hotel across. Asides from all these. I think it is safe to say I had a good stay.

My stay at the hotel was fair as the management of the hotel needs to improve on the facilities. The environment of the hotel was cool, the rooms and services rendered were okay. It was easy locating the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was good although I had some issues at the hotel. My room wasn't exactly what I expected, I was only given one towel throughout my stay which was not cool. Also, there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect that I had to extend my stay. My family and I had really enjoyed ourselves at the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and well furnished, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were well equipped. The hotel management and staff were customer-friendly, they are always ready to assist their guests. The services rendered at the hotel were absolutely amazing.

My stay at the hotel was fine, the hotel's attendants were nice and polite, although #200 was charged for every complementary meal that was brought to the room, I will also advice the hotel to change the mattresses to orthopedic mattresses. Lastly the wing where smoking was allowed had more rooms than the other one where smoking was not allowed, meanwhile there is more demand for the non smoking wing.

West View Hotel. Benin, is a great place to be, it has nice environment,very good and clean. Service was generally okay, room was comfortable and staff gives a swift respond to order,food was delicious and affordable.service quality was excellent and my stay was great.I will love to stay again.

My stay at the hotel was good,the hotel was easy to locate,its such a lovely place,I got what I really wanted,Its a good place to be.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, but a particular staff at the reception was rude to me.

My stay was pleasant but for the fact that i could not get ice for my drinks.

The hotel was okay for me, the services rendered were very okay but they should work on their beds. The one I stayed in was not very good but, asides from that, every other thing was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I will simply say it's a home away from home.

My stay was short but good, the service was fast and nice and the receptionist was very welcoming, the only problem I had was the sand issue, I think the people that goes inside to check if they like the room or not made the room sandy and it was not swept before I checked in, I'm someone who can't stand sand so the room was a little uncomfortable for me. But every other thing was good for me.

My stay was great as usual, when ever am in Benin the best place is always your hotel, have been here so many times and the service is still the same, customer service is always welcoming, the room service is fast and the room big and also clean. Its a place to stay any time any day and I know I will always have something good say about your hotel.

Aside the intercom in my room that didn’t work throughout my stay, it was a nice experience for me. Thank God am back to Lagos.

For me, I had no problem with the environment and the staff or security. My dissatisfaction is from their meal( call me big mouth if you like) which was not satisfying. Their meal was expensive and I could not buy as much that would satisfy me.

I feel so relaxed in this hotel. They were honest and friendly. The hotel was not overrated or below standard. It was a home away from home.

The hotel is okay, i was comfortable, they have courteous and very friendly staffs.

The hotel is wonderful and a cool place to be but thank God I went with my toothpaste, If not I won’t see something to brush my teeth with. So they should always try to have at least one in each of the restroom.

The hotels is okay and comfortable, courteous and very friendly staff. The location was not so perfect because locating the hotel from the main express was quite stressful and tiring. However, every other thing went well; clean environment and nice rooms.
