My stay at the hotel was very bad. Though the building is big and attractive it's all a deception. There was no light and water. I had to call the receptionist to put on the generator so water can be pumped. They did put it on and turned it off after 2hrs. I stayed in this hotel for two nights simply because I had made payments already and did not want to go through any further stress. But I am never returning to this hotel ever.

The issue I had at your hotel is the power. Sometimes it takes nearly 3 hours for light to be restored after it is taken. I enjoyed the ambience at your hotel, it was very soothing. In fact, everything else was nice, just improve on the issue of power.
