The hotel is so unkept, their staff are so rude, their rooms smell even their surrounding, they did not change the bedsheet

I had a good stay at the hotel. It was brief but good. I could only manage a night at the hotel and had to leave the following morning. The staff effort was laudable, they ensured their guest were comfortable and I was pleased.
