Not a very good experience!

I did not have the best experience staying at this hotel at all. I only stayed because it was near my training venue. The room I was assigned was so hot because the AC wasn’t working. I called front desk too many times before I even got the maintenance guy to come take a look at it, but I slept two nights in Sokoto heat. Their response time to orders like food is also slow. If you are not patient and cannot call the reception more than one time, don’t bother because often I called severally before I got any answer. Maybe they are short staffed I don’t know! They finally changed my room to one with a very noisy AC (at least this one cooled better) but they left the sheets the other occupant slept in on the bed. I had gotten into bed when I perceived the funny stench from the pillow. The bedding had all sort of stains. I wanted to faint!! I called again!!! I just told the staff to get the sheets from the room I vacated at least those looked like they were laundered before I slept in them. Over all, I just couldn’t wait to get home and sleep in my safe clean bed! Only good thing, is the staff seem polite enough. The maintenance guy though, was on the phone the entire time he was having my AC checked. I wouldn’t like to repeat this experience again, not at all!
