Best Prime Hotel is a sham, this hotel has no gym, bar and swimming pool but the advertise it, that was just to misinform potential customers, there have no gym but only 3 pieces of equipment that were in a state of disuse and abandoned in a corner of the hotel and covered with dust, there was no single drop of water in the so called swimming pool, while the bar has been abandoned and covered with so much dust, the elevator does not work so all guests are compelled to use the stairwell, the controls to the air conditioning are located outside the rooms and only the hotel staff can operate them as they have a locking mechanism and when it gets too cold or hot at night you cannot control it and the hotel staff who can operate the controls are nowhere to be found, most probably sleeping and not even answering the hotel intercom! water was also leaking from the bathing cubicle on to the floor, there was drains which made the floor tiles wet and slippery and exposed guests to the danger of slipping and falling, the worst of it all was the broken bathroom extractor cover with open electricity lines directly behind the metal shower pipes which exposes guests to the risk of electrical shock!!
