There was a rat in my room!!! No light!!! Heater didn't work!!! No cable TV!!! Please shut it down if you don't want to offer a service. This was terrible!!!

Bad experience; the building is very old, their facilities is not working anymore please the need to renovate the hotel

The place is too expensive. Not worth the money at all. The amenities are also old and are not properly maintained.

Their staff are very respectful. The hotel is very clean, smells nice and very comfortable. They meals are superb. I really enjoyed my stay.

The receptionist was extra rude. Very bad attitude, I have never been embarrassed like this in any hotel. Imagine she was even saying to my hearing, that she careless if her GM was at the spot because I was angry at her treatment. One of the staff that checked me in was very courteous and was very irritated at the behaviour of the receptionist. He apologized repeatedly for what happened. I had no toiletries but could not call the reception.

Everything was okay. The staff were very responsive and facilities available were okay and functioning properly.

This hotel is not what it looks like online. Firstly, check in was slow after a very long wait. Oyenka, who was the receptionist was the only delight in the hotel. She was very helpful and lovely. The rooms are dirty, walls are covered with dirt. Don’t even get me started on the sheets. It wasn’t ironed, it was scrambled and had stains all over it. The servers are very incapable of understanding basic order! Overall experience for this hotel was poor. They need serious maintenance and work.

My stay at the hotel was just okay. I had no issues checking in and out of the hotel. I was also well attended to by the staff and I was impressed. The place is not too perfect but I still had a good stay there. I would rate the services rendered to me a little above average.

The hotel is good to a great extent. At least I was well received by the staff. They were nice and efficient. The environment was cool and serene. The room was clean and well maintained. The facilities worked quite well except that the air conditioner was not working properly while I was there.
