I had a nice stay, their customer service was good

My stay was very good, I enjoyed the hospitality. Good amenities and serene environment.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My challenge was with the toilet, it was not flushing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, the staff were accommodating. There was no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel was robbed, including the guests. The management are clueless of their security operatives. We suspect an in-house operative.

I had a good time with my family during our long stay at Atlantic palm suites. The manager and the workers were superb, showing a world class customer service. They were always ready to listen especially, Mr P (the manager). Apart from the slow internet services/electric cooker, every other facilities were working perfectly and the level of cleanliness was massive. The cleaners work hard and they were also very patient with their customers. For me, I will highly recommend friends to visit and I am looking forward spending my next trip in Atlantic.

I enjoyed my stay. I love the area and the hotel. No noise, clean and safe.

I was at the hotel for 5 nights. The customer service was excellent and the staff very courteous. The rooms have the essential amenities. Constant power supply. Sincerely,I did not expect that level of service from the hotel. And the manager, is experienced and hands on. The Security is very good. However, the only set back is the access road, but was told the govt are working on it. I definitely recommend the hotel.

I had a good stay at the hotel. It is not a bad place to be at all. The customer service was on point, the facilities were working fine. There are o complaints about the place for me. The staff and management of the hotel are able to maintain a great level of cleanliness which I must commend.
