I lodged for 3 nights in Sept 2021. The room had cockroaches running around. The door was a struggle. The doors are not soundproof so you hear literally everything that happens in the other rooms. They had some noisy lads that gisted loudly and played music all through the night preventing you from having a comfortable sleep.

I lodged in one of their Stanzels suite at 32k a night. The door was faulty and couldn't lock, no waste bin, the AC was not better than ordinary fan,the staff were so nonchalant all the way from the reception, room service would take over 1 hr to show up. Breakfast was wack, just a flimsy piece of plantain and lousy egg with no tea. Do not waste your money.
