The hotel isn't bad but it could be better, the rooms were not clean enough .The plumbing work in the bathroom is bad, water was flowing out to the room. They should pay attention to details and improve on their maintenance culture.

I stayed here for 4 nights in April 2018.. decent hotel nice ambiance.. however the customer service was nothing to write home about.. the lady at the front desk acted like she was angry we were there. she could not even crack a little smile.. she would not honor the online price and insisted to charge at a rate that was times 3 the online rate.. right in front of her I had to go online to make a reservation before she eventually gave us rooms.. the bellboys were very friendly. breakfast was good except they wanted to charge me a high price for hot water and a teabag with no sugar or milk so I had to settle for the complimentary water since I can't have both....rooms were very clean and spacious... bathrooms is not well designed but manageable.. will I stay here again if I visit Nigeria again? of course, why not... could have given 5 stars but there is always room for improvement in any situation

This place is terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. The food is poorly cooked, tasteless and the worse food poisoning I have had in years. The staff are rude as well, I complained about the services and I informed that it's not their fault. When they are the ones running the hotel.

I just love everything about this hotel. The food may be expensive, compared to buka foods etc but I really enjoyed it and it was filling. I give thumbs up to the chef. Also, once the light goes off, it takes less than 5 seconds for the generator to come on. However, the plumbing in rooms should be checked... had some minor issues there. Overall, a memorable experience and I would not forget the staff - they were all very friendly.

I love this place, the staff are very good, they are so respectful. I love the location, but they have this house next to the hotel, that is very noisy, they need to talk to them to ensure they reduce the noise. Their food is nice but whenever you ask them for assorted meat, there is none, the cook was very rude. The rest room is lovely, but it needs better cleaning. But overall, the hotel is good.

Unlike other reviews I saw online, let's say I was unlucky. I thought my stay would be as smooth as my check in was, but I was wrong. The room was smelly, the shower and WC in the bathroom was not working properly. I had to use a bucket to shower and flush. It was a tug of war with mosquitoes. I just wish my 2-night stay wasn't such a nightmare. I was apologized to at check out, but could that have saved my skin from the ugly bites of mosquitoes? I ask myself. However, there is room for improvement.

Good Hotel, I enjoy their service. Although, I had a challenge checking in because of payment,the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

My stay was just okay at the hotel. Nothing went wrong throughout my stay there and I really didn't have any complaints throughout. They have comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms and the staff are really nice and efficient at their duties.

It was really a fabulous time at your hotel, I enjoyed the drinks and food, but it was a little bit expensive though. The room was cool and relaxing. It is a place be anytime, and any day, but please make some things a little less expensive.

It was a splendid experience; hotel was a perfect ‘home away from home’. The room given to me was spacious with comfortable beds, TV, fast wireless internet, air conditioner worked fine and hot water was made available. The only challenge was the unavailability of a life guard for swimming pool and also the water looked untreated. However am happy my family enjoyed their stay.

I stayed at this hotel when I visited Lagos and I must confess I had a brilliant time. They ticked all my boxes: security, food, location, comfort etc. It's just the place to be, I would surely be staying there again.

I made a reservation for a friend here and he complained that the hotel was not up to acceptable standard. Imagine two people complained about the same thing at the same time and same moment. He was not pleased with their services at all.
