The hotel is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The response time to from staff to requests and issues is too low. It takes them more than necessary to respond to issues. The bulbs in my room were dead and was not replaced until after about 18 hours.

The hotel is nice and cool. The pool was clean and hygienic. The staff were friendly, smart, helpful and making sure that everybody was fine and okay. I really enjoyed myself.
