The accommodation is nice and in term of facilities they are up to the standard, the only issue I had was the aspect of food, though it tasted nice it was very expensive.

Your hotel is beautiful with nice packing space, but how will your management stop a renovation process half way and have people checking into your hotel, its bad and risky. Your hotel security is also bad, I don't understand why a customer should be the one opening the gate while the gate man is somewhere else sleeping, Its a good hotel but lacks good management.

My stay was nice and comfortable, clean environment, neat room and great customer service. It was only one night but was really relaxing. I enjoyed the meal I eat before checking out the next morning, it was delicious and tasted like a meal from home.

I enjoyed myself and relaxed pretty good, your hotel is great but I don't like the food, every other was great. Good power supply, great Wifi connection and good hospitality from your staff members.

A very nice and clean hotel but they can still make it cleaner. The hotel is well equipped, maintained and comfortable.

Your hotel has very beautiful painting both outside and inside the rooms, its a welcoming place to be always but like I said the last time the noise coming from that place close your hotel is too much. I don't know If its a club or an hotel but you need to find a way to talk to them about bringing down the volume, its so bad that with all that comfort I could not sleep well because the noice was unbearable.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. The room I stayed in was not too good. The air condition was faulty. The water from the bathroom was not flowing well, it was a bit stagnant which give the room a bad smell.

In fact the hotel is close to perfect in everything they offered. They have a good customer service and their meal was delicious. The atmosphere was very friendly, the environment was clean and my room was alright.

My stay was good but the Lift was bad. There was no lock in my room from behind and I also noticed that there was no female staff around but the receptionist (Mathew) that I met, who attended to me, did a fantastic job.

You need to improve on your satellite television channel,I could not watch my favourite channel,apart from that your services were nice

The service of the hotel was good but the air condition was not in good condition. I even had cold because I couldn't reduce the air condition. Also I did not see any reason why the hotel should charge extra charges for wifi and other facilities because other hotels don’t do that.

My stay was very ok, i got real value for my money. the environment was sparkling clean, the customer service was excellent, warm and friendly, always ready to help... and the room was so comforting, it was really a good experience, the parking space was not big enough, but i was helped through it all. To the management, Proper maintenance of all the facilities in the hotel should be done frequently so they can be long lasting and also replacement should be made for all faulty equipment and amenities in each room

The hotel was “wao”. It was above the standard I expected. My stay was splendid. The staff made things easier for me. Also, thanks to Hotels Nigeria. Booking hotel within Nigeria is so easy with them, if not I would have been stranded.

I enjoyed my stay even though the front desk person tried to ruin it. I got to the hotel with a friend and the person at the front desk concluded that I will be needing two room, I actually paid for two rooms when I should be paying for one. I spoke to him about this and he admitted the error and offered to return my money. This is not such an issue but could have been avoided if he simply made me know about it upfront. I think your hotel is very nice though.

This hotel is a very beautiful place, I love everything about the place.My room was comfortable, the toilet and bathroom were properly cleaned and they had in it enough toiletries. The staff were accommodating, environment was clean and the food tasted great.

This is a really nice hotel with beautiful structures, but I had an issue with their water. I had to buy two bottles of water for my wife and I, these bottled water were sold 500 Naira each. That is so expensive. Apart from that, every other thing was okay.

It was really nice at the hotel. I was absolutely satisfied with the service of the hotel. Staff, facilities and the environment was peaceful and enjoying. I sure will be back.

the hotel had issues with water and the air conditioner in the hotel was not functioning although my room was changed but i did not find it funny at all moving from one room to the other.The hotel is not as fine as i thought

Great hotel, with good service and facilities but the only problem I had was the last night which was on sunday, the noise was really crazy and I'm wondering if your hotel could work on that because not everyone can stand so much noise.
