Reviews of Leawood Hotel

It’s a VERY BAD place to be. If there is something worst that I could describe then I would. If I could give ZERO RATING I WILL. After payment and I checked in around 3 pm… we got to the room and there was no right. We asked they said the generator had issues and that someone was fixing it, to cut a long story short… the generator was still being fixed till 11 pm “according to them” when the power went off. The light was going on and off. I slept with no light that night. Mosquitos everywhere and excessive heat. This is a hotel I paid over 20k for. It’s very bad and I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER ask anyone to visit that place.

No running water for 4 hours, the light keep tripping off, and they were many cockroaches on the bed, we complain to the hotel they said we had to wait outside so they could spray insecticide in the room which was so bad.

It is a good place to relax, good services.

Located in quiet and neat environment. My stay at the hotel was not bad at all though it was not what I expected. I will rate it 6/10 ratings.
