Good But can be better

A beautiful hotel indeed. The environment was quiet and peaceful. Check in was smooth, however, the room I checked into had a bad bathroom. The customer service was quite professional as I was apologized to countless times. I believe the hotel can improve in their quality of service by training their staff and maintaining the hotel's environment even more.
