I was not satisfied with their service and there was no towel that informing them they do nothing about it

This July will marks the third year I'm having my staycation at this beautiful hotel, great staff,good food, clean and quiet environment,buffet breakfast is sumptuous

I enjoyed my stay both inside and outside was nice

Great place to spend a weekend but the rice dishes need improvement

It was really nice, I had a nice welcome. The hotel rooms are fantastic and comfortable. The services provided were great and very easily accessible.

Nice hotel but the shower in the toilet needs to be revamped as the water hardly comes out.

CitiHeight Hotel is not worth the price, maintenance is poor, bedspread is not what it should be. Staff and environment was good.

I stayed at this hotel recently, great ambience, excellent staff, food was fantastic, great location and reasonable rates. The Management really understands hospitality and customer needs. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a hotel that is home away from home. Give it a 9.5 on a scale of 10

My stay at the hotel was very nice. I had no issues checking in and out of the place. The staff were nice and professional. The room was well cleaned and the bathroom as well. There were toiletries available for use The facilities there were also fully functional. The food served was nicely and deliciously made. I got value for the money spent.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. All went well, the services rendered were pretty good. I did not encounter any issues checking in and out of the hotel. The staff were polite and nice. The facilities worked well. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate the hotel and its services an eight.

The hotel is good. The facilities were working well throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and the the environment was conducive but I experienced some dissatisfaction there. The hotel tries to make maintain a very high profile by ripping people off. The food was way too expensive and this is quite sad.

This isn't my first time staying at CitiHeight Hotel and it most certainly won't be my last. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are met with an exceptional staff. Everyone working there is out to satisfy you. The room was clean, the food was delicious and the wifi was fast. I had a really enjoyable stay and would be glad to return. I give this hotel a big thumbs up.

I am surprised no one has written a review on Citiheights Hotel Ikeja despite receiving 6 likes. I have spent nights in good hotels but none deserved a review as much as CitiHeights. The staff understand that hospitality starts from the way you are received at the gate, guided to the reception desk where another team of hospitable staff with their genuine smiles receive you and ensure that you get a room that suits your pocket. While you are filling the form, someone steps out of the restaurant to serve you with Fresh juice to calm you down (1st hotel I've seen this). By the time you are ushered to your room, the bed and everything else in the room is clean and homely. Internet service is superfast. Bed is soft (not those type of orthopedic beds you get in most hotels that you can't sleep on). The food is great (you won't need to go to any other restaurant for dinner or breakfast). Breakfast is also complimentary and mainly Nigerian. So much good to talk about CitiHeights that I might sound like I was paid to write this. However, it would have been good if the elevator could get to the basement ( garage), that way anyone that finds it difficult to climb the steps in front can easily access the Lobby. If you plan to stay in Ikeja - Lagos, try CitiHeights Hotel, you won't regret it.
