Generally, the environment is unkempt. Services needs to be updated. Bedding was very substandard.

I got a wonderful price consideration, was most thrilled by the warmth reception, friendliness of the staff and their excellent customer service. I just have found a home in Grace Point Resort hotel. It is very clean with a serene environment, highly sensitive and responsive staff. The place is just beautiful.

My room very cool and calm with functional wireless network. Free breakfast and water everyday. My stay was absolutely good. Locating the hotel was very easy. Whenever I am in town Grace point will always be my choice.

The hotel's staff are not well trained, each one of them was just looking for a way to extort me. I stayed here for one week and really bad services were rendered to me. I always had to call to ask for my room and car to be cleaned. Each time I called, I would be told that the cleaner had closed for the day. On my last day there, I requested to stay an hour later because of my flight time and I was made to pay a full day charge for the extra time. I met another customer there who told him that he paid them with his card and he was charged seven times for the transaction. The staff there were almost always quarreling with customers.
