First, they keep you waiting at the reception while the desk officer takes her sweet time. They then activate a room 4 steps up without an elevator. Only the room's key can't access the room and the IT guy refuses to pick up calls. After standing in front of the room for 20 minutes, they finally manage to get you another old room with cracks on the wall and the AC is on leave. Very shitty service. I certainly do not recommend it to anyone

The hotel was clean and neat, security was great. Outdoor seating lounge was great. All at an affordable price

I cannot believe Nigeria hotels can be this efficient and courteous. I am surprised. Things are getting better then.
