Bad customer service, the staff are very arrogant and full of themselves. I ordered for dinner at few minutes past 8pm and it wasn't delivered at all. When I called back at 11pm, the other was not ready, reasons because my order was not taken. Very horrible service from the staff and the restaurant. I will never come here again.

The receptionist do not have good customer relation. Arrogant staff, no courtesy at all.

My stay at Pearlwort Hotel was wonderful, water and power supply was uninterrupted. I enjoyed my stay.

I’ve visited this hotel twice. Stayed there with my husband for a couple of nights and went on a double date at a different time. On both occasions I have to say the senior staff (I guess the supervisors) have really nasty attitudes. They need to be trained in customer relations and generally were arrogant and rude.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing as the customer service was poor. The staff were seemingly not ready to serve. They were arrogant as well. They seemed bitter that I booked the hotel online and did not come directly to them. I was not happy at all. The laundry department even burnt my wife's engagement dress despite having been instructed to steam the fabric and not iron it. The hotel is very beautiful I must say but I was not impressed at all with the services.
